During this process pictures are exchanged with the client to avoid wasting materials and time. The client can view in real time the preproduction stages of their sample. If changes are requested during this step, close communication permits to complete the changes as they go.

Once a sample is completed and shipped, it is hard to recuperate on shipping cost. To avoid this, our agents keep producing the sample until it fully matches the client’s expectations. Pictures or videos of the product being sampled are exchanged.

While different materials or prints can be tested during the sampling process, it can take longer if adjustments are requested. In some cases, we have to produce and ship a few samples prior to the client’s approval. The sampling process is to ensure that once production starts, the client will receive what they requested and paid for.
